About

I have several years’ experience supporting Independent Financial Advisers, delivering end-to-end client servicing, report preparation, and the management of investment and pension cases from initiation through to completion.

In my role at BPI, I am responsible for producing high-quality suitability reports, liaising with providers and platforms, processing new business, and managing client queries. I take ownership of cases throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they progress efficiently and in line with regulatory and service standards, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client care.

Outside of work

In my spare time I enjoy golf, travel, sport, and trying new restaurants.
