About Jess
After graduating from Oxford Brookes University in Business and Finance, I joined BPI in October 2025. I support the team in making sure we meet regulatory requirements and maintain high professional standards.
My role involves assisting with compliance monitoring, reviewing advice files, keeping up to date with regulatory changes, and helping ensure our processes align with FCA expectations. I work closely with advisers and colleagues across the business to promote good practice and a strong culture of ethical advice.
Alongside my role, I’m halfway through completing the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, which is strengthening my technical knowledge and understanding of the regulatory landscape. I’m passionate about building a career in financial services and contributing to a compliance function that supports both advisers and clients with integrity and professionalism.
Outside of work
Outside of work, you can find me either relaxing at home or enjoying the outdoors.
One of my favourite ways to spend a weekend is café-hopping with friends, followed by a walk in the park.
