Where are meetings held?

We can meet in our offices or visit you at your home or workplace if you prefer. We also offer video calls if we’re not able to meet in person.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have parking directly outside of our office.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No, we do not charge for an initial meeting.

Do you provide a regular review service?

Yes – we do. Most of our clients build in an annual review meeting to their financial plan to ensure it remains on track.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Please bring details of all investments, pensions, assets and liabilities – this will ensure we make the most of our available time.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

Most meetings last for around an hour.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

No, not at all. We’re in no rush and think that you should have plenty of time to consider if we’re the right financial adviser for you.

How can I book an initial meeting?

Are you independent?

Yes – 100% independent.

Are you regulated?

Yes, we are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can check this by looking us up on the FCA register.

What happens if my Financial Planner is away on holiday?

Service continues as normal! We have a team of qualified advisers so there will always be someone to assist and advise you.

Can you advise on Final Salary/Defined Benefit transfers?

We do not advise on Defined Benefit transfers, however, we can introduce you to an authorised pension transfer specialist.

Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?

This depends on the type of advice you are looking for. We offer both and this is something that your adviser will explain at the beginning of the very first meeting with us. No work is undertaken without fees being agreed.

Do you get commission?

We only receive commission from life insurance policies and some mortgages. We will make you aware of this, should we arrange this type of policy for you.

Do you charge VAT?

We do not charge VAT.
